We offer commercial and domestic storage space tailored to fit your needs. Our units are secure, steel storage containers, located in a fenced compound. Our property is equipped with 24-hour CCTV surveillance.
There is a combination lock on the gates allowing around the clock access, every day of the year. Gates and driveways are fifteen feet wide allowing access for oversized four-wheeled, two-axle tail-lift vans & lorries.
All the units are situated on hard standing, ground-level plots. Units offer door to door easy drop-off and pick up access for your vehicle.

We have Grade 1 & Grade 2 Units in both 10ft and 20ft sizes.
Grade 1 Units are modern, have freshly-maintained and clean interiors making them particularly suitable for household or office items.
Grade 2 Units are sound, older units more suited for the storage of items of industrial equipment, tradesmen’s tools and materials.
**All storage units are weatherproof.

Grade 1 Units require a Shutter Padlock with a straight shackle, the shackle-pin and key must be on the same end of the padlock. You can buy a suitable padlock from Hunts Ltd for £43 including VAT.
Some Grade 2 Units, have a key that fits the integral lock in the door, others need a padlock of any type.
Please verify with Reception before buying padlocks to ensure compatibility.
Contract & Invoicing Terms
Our rental terms are calendared monthly with a minimum hire period of one month. After a one-month term, customers can extend on daily, monthly and yearly terms.
We require a seven-day notice before rental termination. If you pay a month in advance and decide to terminate early, you will be refunded the month minus the final week.
We offer a 5% discount for 12 months paid in advance. We accept payments by Cash, Cheque, Standing Order, Credit Card or via Electronic Invoice by clicking on the “Pay Now” button.
